I've Had......

The time of my life!!!

Other than the bad weather the play was Fabulous. We had a long bus ride in a major snow storm.
Hats off to the driver because visibility was awful.

There were no disappointments at all.
The dancing and the music were wonderful.
Our very own Canadian Idol Melissa O'Neil sang the big finally with Tyler Muree.
They did a perfect job of "I've had the time of my life."

This is a photo of a couple of ladies with me.
It was a blast!

After the play we went to a Mandarin Buffet in Pickering and had a great meal.
It is The Chinese New Year and we were given the lucky red envelope with a Chinese coin in it for more Luck.
It must have worked because we made it home safe and sound.

Well I only did a little stitching today at the Thursday group. I'm hoping to get some in tonight.
I'm picking up PL today!
Stitch with happy fingers.

What a pretty theater. It looks like you really had a great day! How fun to eat Chinese during the Chinese New Year.

I know it is frustrating when you can't stitch. We are painting our living room and I am having withdrawl. :)

Sounds like you had a wonderful time. I'm hoping it comes to my area as really enjoyed the movie so would love to see the play.

Sorry that you had to start over with MG, but you're right, stitching should be fun. If you weren't enjoying it, it doesn't make sense to keep making yourself do it. Your idea of making what you did have done into a bookmark sounds great. You'll still have a lovely piece from the work you've done.
