A Lucky Day!

Stitching has been at a minimum this week but I did pick up my framed TW. and I'm very pleased with the results.

I've taken a bit of a break and I'm pretending I'm on holidays....a long one ....now that I'm retired.

I've been Gardening , golfing and Lunching.

So far so good.
I have done a bit of stitching in the evenings and I will post them later this weekend.

Have a good "Victoria Day" long weekend those of you that are here in Canada.

Take care and stitch with happy fingers.

You worked long and hard on this and it truly paid off! It is absolutely magnificent! The stitching is beautiful and colorful and the framing sets it all off wonderfully! Great work, enjoy!

Your piece is just stunning the way you had it framed up. I have a friend who started this piece ages ago and stopped working on it. I'm going to have to send her a link to this post so she can get inspired to pick it back up ;)

Your TW looks wonderful in that beautiful frame. Well done!
I am glad to read that you are having a good time playing golf etc.
About the mailart (thanks for your nice comment!): you just make it the size you like and I think as far as it is within the standards of the mail company in your country, it must be o.k. I buy a card I want to send and then make the envelope around it. It is fun to do. I have done it twice now, both times being an exchange of the web stitch group I'm participating in.
Have a great weekend!

Hugs, Carolien

What a pretty finish. The colours are so soft and it has a lovely romantic look to it.

It looks awesome framed, what an accomplishment. TW's pieces are so gorgeous, but with all the blending and confetti stitches are really a challenge. Glad you had such a good time and turnout for the concert in your earlier posting as well.
