That's a lot of stitches..It took me 1 1/2 years of once a week stitching. I moved it up a notch the last 2 weeks to get it done and Saturday at 10pm it was finished.
I have the fabric to make it into a table cloth but need to show it off first!
Long Dog Samplers Paradigm Lost......

This is stitched on white 32ct lugana evenweave with DMC 315 & 316 and measures in at 30"x 30"

It's Time....
.....to show you the clock I made!
This was a little chart that Kathy A. gave me and this is how it turned out..Isn't it fun!!!
I bought a cheap clock and took it apart..ahemmm I mean my DH did...
And then we put it together again with this cute piece I stitched into it.
I have been doing some other stitching and this is from the 2007 ornament issue.
The chart is a Sweetheart Tree. I added the little heart and my initial to make it my own.
The fabric is 28ct white opalescence evenweave .
Kathy and I went on a road trip today and stopped at a couple of fabric shops . This is what I came home with...
This Halloween piece grabbed me as I was going out the door and wouldn't let me leave without it. I bought a half a meter. I have no idea at this time what I'll do with it but something will come up!
The mauve fabric is to finish my Paradigm Lost...it's so close to being done. Probably tomorrow.
I'll post it when it is.
I plan on turning it into a table cloth and the colour of this is perfect for it. It has some gold shiny stuff on it and I love bling!
The white is a pretty sparklie piece for a cushion.
I have my sewing cut out for me.
We had a great day!!
Now back to my PL...see you soon.
Stitch with happy fingers and have a good weekend!

Ann of Knowledge and Needles
I spent the day on Sunday with some wonderful stitching friends. I don't have a photo of Rebecca but there is a really good one of her on Dani's blog.
Christin hosted at her parents house and I want to say Thank you to them for a lovely day.
John BBQ'ed and Lynn treated us to a lovely setting for our potluck.
Rebecca has a recipe on her blog..yummmmm
We did do lots of stitching and good eats!
Here is a little Knight that I stitched on Dani's Fantasy RR..We gave her the finished piece on the Weekend Kathy Stitched on it as well
I love how it turned out and I know she was very pleased with it.
I'm still stitching on PL and the Angel . I'll take photo's of them soon.

She's not done yet
Dani asked where she is...well she is being worked on but not done yet.
She is so pretty.
I have a couple of pieces that are so close and I seem to work on one for a few days at a time. Not my usual rotation. Just to try to get lots done on each of them.
Today I put a few stitches on the Ice Dragon [HAED] maybe 200 or so. It was like a new start...a new page!
Have a good day and
Stitch with happy fingers.

Another gift
Today another gift came in the mail. I had a PIF from Anna.."Oma"I'd rather be crafting
She made this wonderful card for me...
It has tulips my favorite flower,
It's green my favorite colour ,
It has music notes on the paper and charm. I'm a singer.
I'm so impressed as to how personal this is for me.
Thank you Anna I love it!
She also added 2 pieces of fabric .
Ivory 32ct jobelan for me and a piece of Barely Blue 28ct jobelan for my Mother (Adriana.)
That was so thoughtful to include my mom she will be thrilled
Now I also need to tell you I have another 1 & 1/2 pages finished on the PL.
I feel like I can now work on it a lot and get it done sooooon! It's so close I can taste it.
I'll keep you posted on that.
Take care and stitch with happy fingers.

Updates
The Mailman cometh!!!
I was just thrilled to find this sitting on my stitching chair when I got home today.
Ann of Knowledge and Needles sent me this most lovely NEW T.W. design. Isn't it pretty??
The thread is Wildflowers "Lemon N Lime"
When I was helping Ann set-up the store at the college 2 weeks ago, I sorted threads and colours and came across this one. I must have said it out loud that this was my favorite one. Green is my Colour...any Green!!!
Thank you so much for your generous gift Ann!!!
Have a look at her blog for the new look in the shop. Judie and I helped her put it back together again...Just like Humpty Dumpty!!!
Now you may remember the story [click here if you don't] about the yarn gone missing.
Well it was found and woven into this Swedish Weaving Afghan by little ol' me.
Thank you Kathy for the tutorial on the finishing. It turned out quite lovely if I do say so myself.
I have also been working on my HAED and Mira.
Page one is complete on the HAED...oh boy oh boy..I new start.. even if it is just a page, it feels BIG!!!!!
My Mom and I want to THANK YOU for all of the nice comments. She was quite thrilled.
I even had her siting at the computer scrolling and reading the comments.
Have a good week and Stitch with happy fingers.
