It's a new Year and a New Start
I started a SAL with Dani and Christin. It was to start Jan 1/08. But I had to wait for the fabric which I received from Dani today. It is the Moonlight Guardian by Dragon Dreams.
Soooooo.... Here it is... started!!!
I also did some work on the PL yesterday..
I invite you to have a look at Caroliens blog. She had a surprise for me!
I was so impressed I want to share it with my Blogging friends.
Here is the quilt I made for Mom with her stitched Dutch people.
That is just to much fun. I love that she shared it with us!!!
I'm off to do a little more stitching with Ann and Dani at Ann's..I think Sharon is coming too tonight!
Bye for now.
Stitch with happy fingers!!

PL looks great, you have a lot done! I like the fabric you chose for your new start.
Your PL is looking so wonderful. I'd love to do it, but I'm not that ambitious!
Wahootie great new start Beatrice! It was wonderful to see you today!
That is an awesome bellpull.
PL is looking good.
It will be fun to watch the progress on both PL and MG.
Hi Beatrice, can you e-mail me using your explorenet addy? I'm still having trouble sending to you and I probably typed it in wrong when I was setting up the new comptuer (please e-mail me at my strom address)
Wow, your stitching progress these days is amazing. Those needles must be just flying! See you soon
Hello Beatrice,
How very sweet of you to react on your blog about my story of the Dutch costumes. I had visitors from your group of stitchers and that is great fun! I feel really honoured by that. I have seen several pictures of you stitching together and I'm quite jealous! ;) That must be so nice, stitching together! It's a pity Canada is that far away ...
I also saw a clear picture of your mother, how nice!
I love your PL, by the way, I love the colour(s) of it. Good luck with the next stitches!
Greetings, Carolien
P.S. Please greet your mother from me when she comes! Thank you.
I just looked at the map of Holland. George hasn't yet started his, so I think it will be some time before he catches up to you.
I came back to tell you I really don't think you want to wait for my husband to do a SAL, He hasn't open the package yet. I bought the kit in Holland for him when I was there visiting my daughter, Heidi.
Moonlight Guardian is going to be so pretty. What a fun project. PL looks so nice also. Wish I had the courage to start another one.
PL is coming along nicely. Love the shade of blue you choose for Moonlight Guardian. Can't wait to see more updates.
Your PL is looking fantastic, Beatrice! And I love the thread colour you are using.
pl looks great
