What a Weekend

First of all I must say  Thank you Dan ( and Bruce and Lucy) for the wonderful lunch at Chez Dan aka Knowledge and Needles. Just look at this.

He cooked for 16 hungry stitchers for lunch on Sat.

Chicken cutlet with a wonderful layer of cheese and tomato, Garlic broccoli,  Squash  cooked in Apple cider liqueur,& rice.

Black forest Cake. To die for!

I managed to get a few pics of the setting. The girls are having fun.
They can seat 16-18 easily in the stitching room. probably more!

Dani, Clare and Chef Dan

We were at a retreat at the Timberhouse Inn in Brighton. And having lunch and going to the store is part of the tradition!
I will post all of the retreat photo's over the next day or so..We had sooooo much fun!
Take care and keep stitching with happy fingers.

Hi Beatrice,

I've been thinking about all of
you gathered at the Timberhouse
this weekend, and no doubt so
has Kathy. We were both there
with you in spirit.

Chef Dan's Saturday lunch special
looks so delicious!! Two of my
most favorite vegetables (squash
and broccoli) and a yummy good
desert. And that bright and
cozy room of Ann's makes a
perfect dining room.

Can't wait to see more of your
pictures from this wonderful
weekend.

Thanks for sharing.

Cheers!

P.S. Can't wait to see CdC all
framed!!
