Kathy had a spot available on her RR so I volunteered to add one...my contribution is The Lady Of the Flag.
I love her face....not often they have their eyes open, she does look lovely.
Also a few folks had asked me about the little wonky lighthouse I stitched for Kathy...It was from the Cross Stitch Crazy mag..Sept 2007/issue102 www.cross-stitching.com.
There are 3 little houses.
If you can't find a copy of this let me know and I will send you a copy of the chart just contact me.
I've been doing a bit more sorting and things are looking good here. I'm getting used to the apartment now.
Stitch with happy fingers.

She is gorgeous!
I am sorry to hear of your single status. I can imagine Kathy is a very good friend to you, you are blessed
I do hope you keep stitching it and showing off. We love to read it.
(((hugs)))
Your Mira RR piece is gorgeous. Hope things are getting better for you.
What a lovely idea for a piece, looks absolutely beautiful
What a great contribution to kathy's RR. It looks wonderful!
Oh Beatrice, Lady of the Flag looks fantatstic! Only fitting too since Kathy spends a good portion of her time stateside. What a beautiful RR!
Beatrice, would you be able to send me your email address. I want to send you details of the next SAL at my place.
Thanks, Lynn
Ahhh, such a lovely RR. It's amazing how you can make all of these projects that I thought would not be my cup of tea sooooo alluring to me. Damn. It's not as if I don't have enough to do...
Anyway, I just read about you moving house and all, and I hope you're doing well. It must be very strange after so many years (I speak from experience), but there are some very significant advantages, I think. For one: you can hang up your stitchies wherever you d*mn well please!
Liefs,
Annemarie.
That has to be about the most stunning RR I've ever seen. Kathy is so lucky to be the owner of such a beautiful piece of work. Lady of the flag is gorgeous and a big well done to all the stitchers who've worked on this!
Oh Beatrice, she is so stunning and absolutely perfect. I am so glad that you were able to contribute a piece to this RR. It makes it even more special. Thank you so very much. And off to the framers it will go ASAP!
What a lovely RR. Your contribution is beautiful. Your friend is very lucky.
Hi Beatrice,
I have been swooning over each
and every Mirabilia RR that
appears on Kathy's blog, as well
as on yours, and this one is no
exception.
Your "Lady of the Flag" is unique indeed, and the halo of beads around her head is very striking. She is a wonderful final addition to this RR and I'm sure that Kathy
is thrilled with how it's turned
out.
I love your new thrift store
clock too. I've never seen
one like it before, with the
shelves underneath. It's
perfect for displaying your
Delft collection and fits that
section of wall perfectly.
Does it "ticktock" or chime
the hour??
I love your finished tea cozy
Beatrice!! Two lovely patterns
combined to make a wonderful
finished piece. Very cute, and
nicely sewn together.
Cheers!
Hello Beatrice,
You made a very beautiful lady for Kathy! Love the beads on it as well. How special she is actually looking forward ...
Take care & groetjes uit Holland,
Carolien
Fantastic work Beatrice I bet Kathy is just in love with her RR now!
So pretty! Great job. :)
Hi Beatrice! What a major RR to work on. It is beautiful.
Do you have a room or corner specially for stitching? Have fun hanging your stitching all over the walls. :-)
Hugs from Holland ~
Heidi
Your mirabilia lady turned out lovely, I think their designs are so pretty. Loved your earlier finish of the tea cosy too, very pretty and how neat that your mom did part of it as well.
Sue
Your stitching is beautiful. I love her face. So pretty. I love doing people.
I hope you also make one for yourself.
Nancy
