Weekend

This is my Mirabilia RR....so far.
I chose to have people do any little part of any Mira chart they chose...a wing here and a strip of a dress there and voila ...this is how it is looking.
I'm so pleased with it. It's on it's way to another stitcher soon.
I just wanted to post a picture of it.

This is defiantly starting to look like a snow globe. All of the blue has blending filament and sparkles quite prettily.

HAED Ice Dragon King...Page 3 is well on it's way.
Do you see a tower????

This weekend I'm concentrating on the Mandala. I've started to add the TB fibers...oooo bling.

Well as you know the commentor is very choosey...
I'm doing my best to keep up with all of the reading.

Enjoy your weekend.
Stitch with happy fingers.

That's a really unique way you've chosen to do your RR! It should be interesting to see what each person chooses to stitch.

What a beautiful Mirabilia RR! I love the snowglobe, too. You have more patience than me working with those blending filaments - BFs look great, but I don't like stitching with them!

I have to admit, I'm not much of a Mirabillia fan, but this RR will be stunning when it's done! It already is :o)
This is 3 pages worth of HAED design? How many pages are there??? It looks gorgeous though!

Like Annemarie I'm not a big fan of Mirabilia either (I love to look at them but have never stitched one) but the Mirabilia RRs that I see on some blogs look wonderful. Yours is no exception. Everything looks so beautiful and harmonious.
Great progress on your WIPs.

Hi Beatrice,

What a unique and intriguing
variation on the usual style
of Mirabilia RR. Just little
vignettes of the designs,
focusing on detail, texture
and pattern. I love it!!
It will be fascinating to see
how this one develops.

Yes indeed, your snow globe is
now looking like exactly that.
It's too bad that the sparkle
in the filaments doesn't show
up in the photo. I'll bet it
looks gorgeous in person.

Ice Dragon King is looking
fab. The design projects a
strong, atmospheric feeling
but it isn't gloomy or severe, which I like. That sky is
stunning with all it's beautiful colors.

It's a bright, sunny Sunday
here, and dare I say, warm
too. I don't usually walk or
exercise on Sundays but today
I might make an exception.

Do you think that Winter may
be loosing it's grip at last??

Cheers!!
