Busy Bee!

This Busy little Bee landed in my flower pot Thursday after stitching at Ann's of Knowledge and Needles. Judie [no blog] gave this to me and thought it would love to live in my garden...Isn't it cute??? Thanks so much Judie it looks great here!

While I was Ann's I purchased the charts ,weeks threads and the Lugana eavenweave [mushroom] to do the Lizzie Kate'
Christmas Spirit Flip it's.
I couldn't resist and stitched up the first word. I have 4 words so far the rest are to come at a later date. The colours are wonderful and so far I love it!

I want to thank you for all of your lovely comments and stitching support. You do encourage me to keep stitching. When I see the beautiful pieces you are doing you are an inspiration.

Have a wonderful weekend and stitch with happy fingers.

What a cutie, he looks adorable sitting on your plant pot. Nice start on the LK piece as well. These word series are such fun, and they do seem to move fairly quickly. Your earlier post of Angel and Celtic knot looked lovely. Good luck practicing for your new HAED piece.

Hi! Beatrice, Sorry! I am so far behind in blogging, crazy summer here.
As for the HAED, that's a great design, Good Luck!! I dont want to talk about mine right now, lol.

Oh! It looked like such a fun time at Dani's.

Hi Beatrice,

You're the first blogger I've
found who has started stitching
the new Lizzie Kate Christmas
flip-its, and it looks amazing.
I'm looking forward to seeing
more of this set.

Your little bee is a cutie, and
looks perfectly at home perched
on your flower pot. The pot is
pretty too, and I love the colour
of your geranium.

Nordic Angel is looking great,
and it is true that the back
stitching really makes the
design POP! I also like to do
the back stitching as I go
along. I think it would be too
tedious to leave it all to the
end and do all at once.

Your Celtic Knot looks great
so far, and good for you to be
tackling over one stitching.

Cheers!

So many are doing this Lizzie Kate design for the holiays and it is so tempting but I am on a very serious stash diet. I just have to stick with it and get some things done and cleared out before I add any items at all to my quilt studio stash, stitching or quilting. I will simply enjoy yours instead. I will...I will! :) What an adorable little bumblebee!

Hugs ~
Heidi
