Thank You

We want to Thank You all for the wonderful comments.

My Mother was here for Easter so I showed her the blog post and all of the comments and she was overwhelmed by all of your kind words. We had a lovely Easter and We hope you did too.
The spring is here and a new season is blossoming.

I didn't get much stitching done so I will leave you with some nice tulips !

Take care and stitch with happy fingers!

I didn't know your mother is the queen mother LOL! She looks like a queen in her dress and with those flowers ... Lovely picture!
I hope you had a nice Easter time, but I bet you had ...
And as others already said: I keep my fingers crossed that I can make my stitches at her age. It's wonderful.

Hartelijke groet, Carolien

Your mother's stitching is so inspiring and beautiful! Her Christmas girl is amazing. I had a close-up peek at all the beading and Wisper.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend

Your mother is an inspiration to all of us! And she is a beautiful lady too. I would think she would be excited for Christmas now to use her prettily stitched piece. I am glad to hear you had a nice Easter. I had a productive Easter weekend as I was able to finish my quilt UFO on 2e Paasdag.

Groetjes and hugs ~
Heidi

Your mother's stitching is gorgeous! Your mother looks wonderful for her age.

You and I have a lot in common - I am 58 (almost 59) and moved to Canada from the Netherlands along with my parents, 2 sisters and 4 brothers in 1956. I live in Toronto and have been married to my best friend for 35 years. I have 2 children and 2 beautiful granddaughters.
