Simply Sunshine

A New project ...Ink Circles ...Garden Stars on Simply Sunshine 32 ct Lugana evenweave.
I saw this fabric at Ann's store.. Knowledge and Needles and had to have it..the colour is so vibrant.
Then I had to pick out a chart and decided on this one..I'm sticking to the colour it calls for and I'm hoping the greens will be pretty on the yellow.
What do you think?   pretty cool eh?

On the weekend at the retreat My Mom and Kathy contributed to the ornie exchange and this is what she got....it's the one Kathy made..she is just thrilled .she taught Kathy how to stitch many years ago ..so this has a lot of meaning to her...and of course Kathy has been my best friend for 30 years.

Adriana
Anne..(no Blog)  bought me this awesome yarn and gave it to me yesterday. We saw some of this type of yarn being knit on the weekend..so we thought it would be fun to try and make the scarf...yes it sure is my colour.  FUN!

I'm coming along quite nicely on her John Clayton Summer Meadow...as you can see I've put it aside to knit..lol..I'll get back to it soon. Your fault Anne you bought the yarn.!

I love that design and the fabric you've chosen. Can't wait to see it as it developes. The yarn is so fun but knitting over stitching? Really Now. LOL!

Your new project looks so interesting. I'm sure the green colours on the yeallow fabric will give the design a very special and very beautiful look. Great idea!
