I have been stitching!

First of all I went out for lunch and dressed for an early Halloween party.. this is not really the Phantom...It's ME!!! !lol! ( second prize)

I'm enjoying this little stitch..a gazillion 1/4 stitches but the results are wonderful!
"Nantucket Sampler" Medeiros needlecraft Designs. on evenweave.

This  is Ink Circles ..Cirques des Carreaux on black evenweave 32cnt. using Carrie's creations " Jelly Fish"..it is so much brighter in RL ..I'll have to try to get a daytime photo.

This a little SAL by Sanman.Inky Dinky Blackwork.Such fun!
So there you have it..I have a few other UFO's that have been put away for now.
You know how that goes!

Have a great day and Stitch with happy fingers

Hi Beatrice,

You make a seriously cool
Phantom (of the Needlework
Shop??)judging by the photo.
Where'd you get that hat???

Nantucket Sampler is so very
pretty. Love the schooner
and lighthouse scene at the
top and the fancy knotwork
and little flowers in the
centre.

CdC looks amazing stitched
on that black fabric, which
really makes the thread
color POP!! Do you find it
difficult stitching on black?

Love that SanMan blackwork
design!! I know Kathy is
finishing hers as a pillow
so do you have an idea of
what you'll do with yours??

Cheers!!

That Ink Circles looks brilliant already. Great thread choice. Kathy just sent me some Halloween colored Carrie's and I've decided I'm going to stitch JBW's Scardey Cats with one of them. Hopefully it'll turn out as nicely as your wip.

I adore that little snowman piece. It makes me smile every time I see it.

And indeed you have been stitching. I love Cirque des Carreaux. Your thread choice is awesome. Your other WIP are looking great too!

Great costume. I never would've guessed it's you. Great progress on your WiPs. Stitching on black... wow! Love how the colours pop on it. Your snowman blackwork is just too cute!

I'm sorry, but I think you look a wee bit scary in that picture, but I guess that's the point :o)
Your Nantucket Sampler is a thing of beauty, and the snowmen are very cute indeed!

Love the costume! And CDC2 looks awesome. Love the color you chose. I also like Nantucket Sampler. I've seen it at work and have been tempted. Now I just may have to break done and get it.

Great work there girl! The picture does not do justice to the colors in CdC.
