China Blue

I dug into the bottom of my bag and found this WIP..

                                        before

I got so wrapped up in the DM and HAED I forgot to give this some attention.
Yesterday I woke up with a cold so needed to do something a little less difficult and here it is.
I sat most of the day Stitching and Computing. ( feel a bit better today) we all need a lazy day once in awhile.

                                                                                                                                after
Oh Well back to reality  off to do laundry.
Have a good day,
Stitch with happy fingers.

How lovely, China Blue is coming along so nicely. Sometimes we need to go to the bottom of the bag and pull out such wonderful pieces.
Be always in stitches.

China Blue is looking great, as are your other wips, great progress. I hope that you are feeling better soon. I too have been having trouble leaving comments. I find that if I try a second time, blogger will then let me.

Beatrice, I have to say this is an amazingly beautiful project. The colours are stunning and I like the swirlies andthe flowers. Wow! Who is the designer? It's not a piece I would normally pick out to stitch myself, but I'm mesmerised!

Hope you're feeling better!

Hi Beatrice,

I really love your China Blue
project. The colors are gorgeous
and the design is so rich and full
of fascinating details.

Being sick isn't fun, but at least
it provides a good excuse to just
sit and stitch the day away ...
with the odd nap thrown in for
good measure. Hope the cold runs
it's course quickly and doesn't
hang around.

I love seeing before and after
pictures of your stitching
progress. You did get a lot of
stitching done on Ice Dragon
King in the 4 days that you
devoted to it didn't you? And
a lot of progress on Desert
Mandala too. Looks fabulous!!

The backstitching on your Snow
Globes has brought Santa and
the reindeer to life. It's
cute. And don't worry, you've
still got plenty of time to
finish this before Christmas.
No pressure!

The warm weather has been such
a wonderful gift after a long,
dull winter. Went for a long
walk on Sunday, and shorter
ones this week after work. Am
still loosing weight, no matter
how much I eat. Must be the
walking.

Kathy's heading home tomorrow.
You must be looking forward to
seeing her again.

Take care.
