Surprise!!!

Surprise is right...look what I found...

How many of you remember when I was working on this teapot last year.

For some reason...[maybe a new start ,... heh hem] I put it in the bottom of my bag and it became a UFO.
I was cleaning out some things the other day and found it. I put everything aside and decided to finish it so I can put it with the one[ it's blue a bit different] my Mom stitched and I will make it into a tea cozy with hers as well. when that is done I will share it with you!

Now I must apologize, because of this I haven't been on the computer much. It really cuts into the stitching time. So I will be catching up with all the blogs I've missed over the last week.
I do read them on the Google reader but I haven't been commenting so bare with me ,.I will now.

I also had this little one on the go so it got done too. 2 1/2 in.X 3in

I'll be making it into a pinkeep soon!

Have a good week and stitch with happy fingers.

Hi Beatrice,

I really love that teapot. The
colours are nice and Spring like.
And Sunflowers are favourites of
mine.

It's not hard to get involved with a new project and loose track of others that are half done. I think that's why I only have one or two projects going at a time. I don't want any UFO's haunting me.

Fall is Fab looks great, and that
is a sentiment that I agree with
whole heartily. Nice finish.

Good to see Bling out and getting
some attention. Guess she doesn't
like taking a back seat to another
project though, hence the frogs.

And that Album of Stitches project
looks amazing. Those fancy stitches
are gorgeous! Do you find them hard
to do?? Have you stitched them
before or is this your first time
stitching them?? I love seeing
examples of stitches like those.

Cheers!

I love the design of this teapot. It's adorable and you've done a fantastic job! Remind me again Beatrice who the designer is on this one.
I've been missing off my blog lately too. My plate is full these days.

Both finishes are great! Doesn't it give you the best feeling to get things finished?!? I think that little fall design will make an adorable pinkeep. Do you have an idea what you will do with the finishing of the precious teapot? I love the cat on it.

Hugs ~
Heidi
