I Did It ..I Did It.
Here is my first little over one stitch and I framed it too!
This is done on 25ct evenweave and I used 'pewter' Weeks hand dyed thread.
I put it with the teacup so you can compare the size.
Last Friday I went to a lily farm and purchased a new lily for my garden.. this is what it looks like ...I love the colour! This lily is called 'Hope and Glory'
The weather has been a bit better today and I haven't had to water it since I put it in the ground after all the rain we had!
Have a good day and stitch with happy fingers!

What an honor to receive 2 awards in a matter of a couple of days.

Quite the storm!
The other night I could hear some thunder in the distance so I looked out side to see this spectacular view.
About a 1/2 hour later we had a huge storm but we didn't get any damage. I know that A lot of folks have been hit hard with the weather and my prayers go out to all of you who have suffered through the many storms north and south!
On the stitching front I have been plugging away at these *@$^# ing pumpkins ..But it is coming together. It's a little boring for me so they don't get a lot of attention.
I have 2 of the Lizzy Kate Christmas spirit flip it's done and just love doing these. Aren't they just the cutest?
Tomorrow I will be spending the day at a Lilly Farm in Orno Ontario. Like I need more flowers..maybe I won't buy any...lol...
It should be interesting. I hope the weather holds for us.
Take care and stitch with happy fingers.
I hope to have some nice pictures of the Lillie's for you.

She's an Angel!
I spent all of my stitching time on the Angel for the last 2 days and the result is...ta daaaa. She still needs lots of work but...
I know... I know... if you keep working on it, it WILL get done. I'm quite impressed with the way she looks.
Today I promised myself I would finish the top left corner of the Celtic knot and I did. I put a quarter on it so you can see how teensy weensy it is. [25ct] I AM in love with over one. But can't do it for long. My eyes are old I guess because they do fail me once in awhile. Not magnifying yet!!! Soon I think!
Tonight I will work on Bling while I watch the Ball Game on TV. It is a bit easier to work on then the others. I don't really watch the Ball as much as I listen, then, look at the replays...Works for me!
I wish you all a wonderful weekend and thank you for your lovely comments.

Tooooo Hot!
I will be stitching on PL tonight and staying cooool! ahhhhh.
Have a great evening and see you in a few days.

I couldn't resist and stitched up the first word. I have 4 words so far the rest are to come at a later date. The colours are wonderful and so far I love it!
I want to thank you for all of your lovely comments and stitching support. You do encourage me to keep stitching. When I see the beautiful pieces you are doing you are an inspiration.
